SDG Month at Queen's University

Throughout March, Queen's University participates in a dedicated Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Month in Canada. The month is a nationwide collaboration, led by Sustainable Development Solutions Network, where Canadian colleges and universities are invited to organise events. The purpose of the SDG month is to raise awareness of and increase engagement with the the UN's 17 sustainable development goals.

During the month, Queens University will host several events related to the SDGs, both in person and online. Topics covered include gender equality, protection of native species in local environments, peacebuilding through a gendered perspective, and an opportinity for the university's students to present their SDG-related research.
