The annual SDG Conference in Bergen brings together research and higher education communities, politicians, government officials, NGOs and industry from all over the world to discuss the university sector's engagement with the sustainable development goals. The 7^th annual SDG Conference gathered close to 1300 participants from all over the world, digitally.

The objective of the conference was to explore the role of research and education in creating new approaches for shared commitments to a sustainable global future.

IAU co-organized two sessions on 7 February:  

• 13:30- 15:00 A Whole-Institution Approach for ESD and the SDGs - with SOS UK - Find the , and
• 15:30 - 17:00 Which transitions are needed to integrate SDGs in higher education? – with UiB and the SDG 14 Cluster.
