Vision
The integration of sustainability principles results of a natural evolution for Polytechnique. Starting several years ago with student approaches and commitments, sustainable development is now a collective effort that actively involves the whole administration, faculty and staff.
Mission
The Sustainability Committee of the Polytechnic School of Montréal has a developed a proactive approach of sustainability (consultation process for the dialogue, implementation and monitoring of the sustainability policy , development, implementation and monitoring of the action plan, production annual sustainability report .
Objectives
- facilitate the understanding of the sustainable development and its implementation;
- promote the adoption of a vision and a common language on sustainable development;
- inspire new ways of answering the questions why and how to engage a process of sustainable development.
